Your future tasks will include
- Developing and implementing machine learning models to refine lead scoring, identify customer segments, maximize conversions, optimize advertising bids, and prevent churn.
- Utilize geospatial and socioeconomic data to build predictive models that identify high-value audiences, leaving the competition in our dust.
- Design and implement pricing & distribution optimization algorithms that maximize lead conversion rates and minimize customer acquisition costs, ensuring we're always in the black.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role
- Master's Degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods or a Related Field
- 5+ years of experience in the data domain with +2 in data science roles.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, and Machine Learning frameworks (especially supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms).
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models to production environments using tools and frameworks like ML Flow & AWS Sagemaker, ensuring our models are always ready for prime time.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data insights into actionable business strategies that drive revenue growth without losing the audience in a sea of jargon.
- A demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, ensuring we're always scoring the highest in teamwork.
